100 Hour Yin
Explore the wisdom of the subtle energetic bodies. Unlock the potential for profound healing and inner peace
The LifePower 100-Hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training invites you into the quiet power of stillness, guiding you beyond the physical body and into the subtle, energetic layers of being. Whether you're called to teach Yin Yoga or seeking to restore balance in your own practice, this experience offers a profound shift in how you move, feel, and live.
Grounded in both ancient philosophy and modern understanding, this journey explores the wisdom of Yin through the lens of yoga history, functional anatomy, and energy medicine. You'll study archetypal Yin postures, their variations, and how to sequence classes that are not only accessible, but deeply healing. Alongside the physical practice, you’ll explore the energetic pathways of Chi, meridians, and chakras—learning to recognize and respond to the body’s subtle messages.
With practices in meditation, breathwork, and sacred space holding, this training becomes more than a method of teaching—it becomes a path of personal transformation. You’ll learn how to cultivate presence, create intentional space, and guide others into the stillness that heals.
This is your invitation to slow down, to listen inward, and to reconnect with the wisdom that already lives within you.

The Essence of Yin
Rooted in the nature of stillness and surrender, Yin Yoga draws from the Taoist concepts of Yin and Yang. You'll explore the Three Tattvas of Yin Yoga and how they reveal the power of patience, gravity, and deep internal listening.
Anatomy with Intention
Learn to adapt and support each body through functional anatomy, posture variations, and an understanding of energetic alignment. This training meets students where they are—honoring individuality and creating space for healing.
Energy in Motion
Move beyond muscle and into the subtle body. Through the lens of Chi, meridians, chakras, and breath, you’ll explore how Yin Yoga can unlock energetic pathways and restore balance in both body and mind.
Holding Sacred Space
Teaching Yin is an act of presence. You'll learn how to sequence intentional classes, theme with clarity, and cultivate sacred space—inviting your students into rest, reflection, and renewal.
