The LifePower 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training is a soul-awakening experience designed to expand your understanding of yoga and deepen your relationship with yourself. This is a space to reconnect—with your body, your voice, and your purpose—whether you plan to teach or simply wish to immerse yourself in the full spectrum of yoga.
Throughout the training, you’ll explore the lineage and evolution of yoga, moving from ancient roots into modern expression. You'll study multiple yoga styles and learn how to sequence classes that are intelligent, intuitive, and energetically aligned. Functional anatomy, hands-on assists, and teaching methodology form the foundation for learning to guide others safely and effectively.
This journey also invites personal transformation. With a focus on presence, self-inquiry, and embodied leadership, you’ll develop the clarity and confidence to hold space for others—while cultivating more empathy, compassion, and mindfulness in your own life. Upon completion, you’ll be eligible to register as an RYT-200 through Yoga Alliance.
This is your time to grow, to heal, and to teach from a place that feels real.
