The LifePower 50-Hour Thai Yoga Teacher Training bridges the ancient art of Thai bodywork with the energetic wisdom of Elemental Theory. Designed for yoga teachers, bodyworkers, and space holders, this immersive training empowers you to guide others through one-on-one sessions rooted in presence, intention, and the healing power of touch.
Through hands-on practice and subtle energy awareness, you’ll learn to work skillfully with the elemental body—Earth, Water, Fire, Wind, and Ether—to help restore balance and flow. The training introduces you to foundational Thai Yoga techniques, including two complete sequences you’ll be able to confidently share with students or private clients.
Alongside bodywork, you’ll explore grounding meditations, Metta (loving-kindness) as a philosophy of touch, and the anatomy of pranic pathways—including Sen lines, Marmas, and Vayus. This journey is as much about connection with others as it is with yourself, offering tools to listen deeply, respond intuitively, and hold space with integrity.
You’ll leave with the confidence to integrate Thai Yoga into your classes or sessions, and a deeper understanding of how to share bodywork in a safe, effective, and heart-centered way.

Elemental Wisdom
Rooted in Ayurvedic and Thai traditions, you’ll explore the five elements: Earth, Water, Fire, Wind, and Ether, and learn how they manifest in the body. Through this lens, you’ll begin to recognize and respond to subtle imbalances with clarity and care.
The Language of Touch
Thai Yoga is a physical dialogue. You’ll learn how to offer meaningful bodywork through safe and effective techniques, developing two full Thai Yoga sequences while deepening your understanding of biomechanics, pressure, and intuition.
Metta in Motion
At the heart of Thai Yoga is Metta—loving-kindness. This training helps you embody Metta through conscious touch, compassionate feedback, and presence-centered practice, creating deeper connection and trust in every session.
Energetic Anatomy
Explore the subtle body through the systems of Sen lines, Marma points, Lom winds, and Vayus. You’ll gain practical tools to sense, support, and guide pranic flow—awakening the body’s natural intelligence and vitality.
