Curriculum:
Through this course, you’ll develop a deep understanding of yoga history and philosophy while exploring the 7 Doorways of a mind-body experience. You’ll learn multiple styles of yoga and the art of sequencing to curate transformative, healing classes. Along the way, you’ll discover essential life skills such as empathy and Metta—selfless love and compassion. Through meditation, you’ll cultivate mindfulness and clarity, establishing a deeper relationship with yourself. By the end of the program, you’ll leave with master classes ready to teach, along with the skills and confidence to lead not only in the yoga space but in any area of life.
