Curriculum:
Through this training, you’ll explore the practice of conscious relaxation, bridging Yoga Nidra’s ancient roots with modern science. You’ll learn to guide body scanning, breath awareness, and visualization, while studying the nervous system, koshas, chakras, and the power of sankalpa—heartfelt intention. Along the way, you’ll experience traditional and modern approaches, including Satyananda, iRest, Amrit, and Himalayan methods, with adaptations for diverse populations. By the end, you’ll leave with the ability to create meaningful scripts, lead full sessions with authenticity, and share the profound benefits of Yoga Nidra in your life and teaching.

All tuition payments are due within 7 days of submitting the enrollment deposit. If your program start date is within 7 days of registration, full payment is required within 24 hours to secure your spot. Failure to complete payment within the stated timeframes may result in loss of placement in the program.
